An active Wifi connection is required to pair the Smart Doorlock to the APP and subsequently control the Smart Doorlock via your mobile phone.

You may use the free TUYA APP which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Playstore.
Do I need a special gateway to connect to the Smart Doorlock?
No, you just need an active Wifi connection.
Can I remotely unlock the Smart Doorlock while I’m not at home?
You may generate a Temporary Password which you can share with your guest. He/she can then enter this Temporary Password on the keypad to unlock the Smart Doorlock.
Does the Smart Doorlock have its own alarm system?
The Smart Doorlock will activate an alarm if it detects an attempted tampering of the door lock.
Can I install this on security doors?
Some modification will be required to install the Smart Doorlock on security doors. Please check with your installer on this.
