Do I need a neutral wire?
No. The Zenso Smart Switch is dual-wiring — it works with or without a neutral wire, so it fits both older Malaysian homes and newer builds without any extra modules.
Will my switches still work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Zigbee 3.0 runs a local mesh network directly between your devices. Scenes, schedules and manual control keep working even when your Wi-Fi or internet is offline.
Is it approved for use in Malaysia?
Yes — the range is SIRIM and Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) approved, and meets IEC and Singapore Safety Mark standards.
Does it work with Google Home and Alexa?
Yes. Once paired to a Zenso Gateway or compatible Zigbee 3.0 hub, you can control it by voice through Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
Can I install it myself?
Installation involves mains wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for safety and to keep your warranty valid.
