What is the difference between Normal and Concealed Type?
The normal type can be directly installed on the surface e.g. wall
The concealed type can be to be installed recessed/embedded in the surface e.g. flushed with the wall or table
What is the shortest Z.Line power track that is available?
We can customize it to a minimum length of 350mm. With the length of 350mm, you can fit 2 adaptors on it. (Only available for ZLine)
Is the incoming wiring terminal on the right or left side?
Z.Line power track has terminals on both sides. Thus, users have the flexibility of either connecting it from the right OR left side.
Is it compatible with other brands?
No, you can only use Zenso Adaptors with Z.Line power track for safety purposes
Can I use my kitchen appliances like microwave and kettle with Z.Line power track?
Each of the adaptors can withstand an electricity current limit of 13A. Meanwhile, the entire Z.Line power track can withstand a total of 32A and 8000W.
I have a space that requires a 2000mm Z.Line track. Do you have this offering?
The maximum standard length of a Z.Line track is 1000mm. For longer tracks, we have a special connector that would be able to extend the length to your requirement.
